In the 1990s, the launch of the Pokémon video game caused the expansion of the brand worldwide. The Pokémon Company is a trademark, which has grown over time. This company decided to establish commercial alliances with other companies in the world to positioning its brand.

Pokémon brand expansion

Due to the launch of the Pokémon Go game, the popularity of this company has grown exponentially in the past two years. For this reason, The Pokemon Company has decided to join forces with retail company Peach John. This will allow women to enjoy a lingerie allusive to the brand, full of bows and lace.

The lingerie will have minimalist designs of the Pikachu characters, Eevee, Sylveon and Jigglypuff. Within the collection, you can find long and short pajamas alluding to the brand. This merchandise will only be available for the Japanese market from May 7. Since, the company Peach John does not usually offer its merchandise outside the borders of Japan. The release date for the rest of the world is not yet known.

With this idea The Pokémon Company is not the first time that it decides to expand its empire. Since, at the end of last year, a line of shirts related to the Pokémon brand was launched. This business will make the brand grow much more and also helping to strengthen the economy and offer work to millions of people around the world.

Earlier this year, the Japanese company decided to create the Daniel Asham x Pokémon project. The renowned sculptor Daniel Asham, will be in charge of creating sculptures based on the characters of this well-known video game. The Pokémon Company adapted to new market technologies, achieving one of the most stable companies in the world.
